Where My Yes Lives
Clarity Session privacy notice
This notice explains how information is collected, used and protected when you prepare for, pay for and book a Focused Clarity Session
Last updated 21 July 2026
Who is responsible for your information
Where My Yes Lives Creative Studio is responsible for deciding how the personal information described in this notice is used.
Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the Where My Yes Lives contact page. Include the words Privacy request and, when relevant, your Focused Clarity Session reference number.
Information collected
The Clarity Session process may collect:
- Your first name, last name, preferred name and email address
- The question, decision, idea, message, project or situation you want to explore
- The context you choose to provide and what would make the session useful
- Whether the subject can be approached around one primary focus
- Optional information you want Gwyneth to understand before the session
- Details of a previous Creative Discovery or Hidden Possibilities Assessment when you choose to provide them
- Your submission reference, consent choices, payment status and booking status
- Your selected appointment time, time zone and booking details
- Messages or correspondence connected with the enquiry, payment, booking or session
- Limited technical information generated by the website or service providers, such as browser, device, IP address, page activity and security logs
Draft information saved in your browser
The intake form saves an unfinished draft in your browser so you can move between steps or return after refreshing the page. This draft is stored locally on the device and browser you are using and is not sent to Where My Yes Lives until you submit the form.
You can remove the local draft by clearing the form or your browser’s site data. Anyone who can use the same device and browser profile may be able to reopen the saved draft, so avoid using a shared or public device for information you consider private.
How the information is used
Your information may be used to:
- Receive and organise your Clarity Session preparation
- Help Gwyneth prepare for the live conversation
- Decide whether the request appears suitable for one focused 30-minute session
- Suggest a different route when broader or ongoing support appears more appropriate
- Create and reconcile your submission reference, payment and booking records
- Process payment, refunds, cancellations and rescheduling
- Send form, payment and booking confirmations
- Contact you about the session or respond to your questions
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, security and dispute records
- Improve the administration and clarity of the Clarity Session process using aggregated or de-identified information where practical
Your preparation answers will not be used by Where My Yes Lives to train an AI model. They will not be added to a general marketing list unless you separately choose to subscribe or give permission.
Reasons for using the information
Depending on where you live and the stage of the process, information is used because it is necessary to take steps you request before entering into an agreement, to provide the session you purchase, to meet legal or accounting obligations, with your consent where consent is required, or for legitimate business interests such as administering appointments, preventing duplicate or fraudulent submissions, maintaining security and resolving concerns.
Service providers and information sharing
Information is shared only where reasonably needed to operate the form, payment, booking, communication and record-keeping process, or where disclosure is required by law.
Service providers may include:
- Squarespace for website hosting and related website functions
- Make for securely routing form information between the services used in the workflow
- Google services for email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets or business records where configured
- Stripe for payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds and transaction records
- The selected booking platform for appointment availability, scheduling, reminders and rescheduling
- The selected online meeting or email provider for delivering the session and related messages
- Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to meet legal duties, protect rights, investigate fraud or respond to a lawful request
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Their practices may include collecting technical, transaction or usage information directly from you.
Payment information
Payment takes place on a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe and the financial institutions involved in the transaction collect and process the payment details needed to complete and protect the transaction.
Where My Yes Lives may receive your name, email address, payment amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, payment date, refund or dispute information and limited payment-method details such as card brand or the last four digits. Where My Yes Lives does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
AI and automated processing
The Focused Clarity Session itself is a live conversation with Gwyneth, not an AI consultation or chatbot.
The form uses ordinary automation to route information, connect records and send operational messages. The intake form does not make a final automated decision about whether you may book. Selecting I am not sure about the single-focus question does not automatically reject your request.
Privacy during the session
Your preparation and the conversation will be treated as private and used for the purposes described in this notice. The session is not a legal, medical or therapeutic service and does not create the professional privilege that may apply in those relationships.
Where My Yes Lives will not record the session unless recording is discussed separately and you give clear permission in advance.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
- An unfinished local draft remains in your browser until it is cleared, replaced, submitted or removed through your browser settings
- Preparation answers and ordinary session correspondence are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction
- Payment, refund, booking, accounting and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer when required by law
- Information may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, establish or defend legal rights, investigate misuse or comply with a legal hold
Information may be deleted or de-identified earlier when it is no longer needed.
How information is protected
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to limit access, protect accounts, reduce unnecessary collection and maintain appropriate records. Service providers are selected to support secure hosting, payment, automation, booking and communication.
No website, email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact page if you believe information has been sent to the wrong place or an account or message may have been compromised.
International processing
Where My Yes Lives and its service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Service providers may use recognised contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers where those safeguards are required.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to ask for access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain uses.
You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may make it impossible to provide a requested service.
Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it must be retained for payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal reasons. A response may require reasonable identity verification.
Cookies and website information
Squarespace and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to deliver and secure the website. Optional analytics or performance technologies may also be used according to the website’s cookie settings and any choices available through its cookie banner.
The Clarity Session form also uses browser storage to save progress, retain the submission reference and help prevent accidental duplicate submissions.
Children
The Focused Clarity Session is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Where My Yes Lives does not knowingly collect Clarity Session preparation directly from a child. A parent or legal guardian should make contact before submitting information on behalf of a minor.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the form, providers, business practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show when the notice was most recently revised. Material changes will be explained on the website or during the process where reasonably appropriate.
Contact and concerns
For a question, correction, deletion request or other privacy concern, use the contact page and include the words Privacy request.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to the privacy or data-protection authority responsible for your location.
