Clarity Session cancellation and rescheduling terms

Payment and booking

Payment does not reserve an appointment time by itself. Your session is confirmed only after payment is complete and you have selected an available appointment through the booking system.

Please keep your payment confirmation, booking confirmation and Focused Clarity Session reference number.

Rescheduling your session

You may move your appointment once without an additional session fee when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Any new time is subject to availability.

Use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation whenever possible. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking may be required.

Cancelling your session

When you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may request either a refund to the original payment method or a credit toward a replacement Clarity Session.

When you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is normally non-refundable because the appointment time has been reserved for you. In a genuine emergency, Gwyneth may offer one replacement appointment at her discretion.

Late arrival and missed appointments

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected.

If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not made contact, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are normally non-refundable.

Technical difficulties

If a technical problem on Gwyneth’s side or with the chosen meeting platform prevents the session from taking place, you may choose a replacement appointment or a full refund.

If the technical problem is on your side, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect. The session may still need to end at the scheduled time. Any replacement appointment will be considered according to the circumstances.

If Gwyneth needs to cancel or reschedule

If Gwyneth cannot provide the session at the confirmed time, you will be offered another available appointment. You may instead request a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

Requesting a change

Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking confirmation first. When you need to contact Gwyneth directly, include your name, appointment date and Focused Clarity Session reference number.

These terms do not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
